Proprietary Nature of the Temperament Questionnaires

You acknowledge and agree that all contents and materials comprising the temperament questionnaires available on this website (hereinafter "Questionnaires") are of a proprietary nature and are protected as material owned by B-DI. You acknowledge and agree that the user fee that you will pay to B-DI to access the Questionnaire is solely for the limited purpose of answering the Questionnaire in order to receive results regarding your temperament (hereinafter "Test Results"). The user fee paid shall not be construed to grant you any license or other rights, title or interest in or to the Questionnaire. Whether for commercial or personal purposes, you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, adapt, edit, create derivative works from, or in any other way disseminate any of the contents of the Questionnaire.

No Professional Relationship

You acknowledge and agree that the user fee paid to B-DI to access the Questionnaire is solely for the limited purpose of answering the Questionnaire in order to receive the Test Results. The user fee paid shall not be construed to create any type of professional relationship between you and B-DI.
