Printing directly from the browser (File/Print) will print the Professional and Caregiver reports as a single file on several pages. Page breaks may not be optimal this way.
Using the adjacent links, the reports can be printed in separate sections. If the 'print page' links don't work, the browser being used does not support javascript.
The reports can be retrieved with the confirmation code using a browser that supports javascript, such as Internet Explorer 6 (IE6). For best results, be sure to enable background printing (graph printing) and use medium font size (proportional print size). In your IE6 Menu bar, go to Tools/Internet Options/Advanced/Printing and check 'print images and background.' Also set your browser to medium font size by going to View/Print Size/Medium. To print in black and white, go to File/Print/Preferences and check 'print grayscale.'
To remove header and footer information from printed pages on your browser, go to File/Page Setup/delete info from Header and Footer fields, and to set margins at .25 inches on all sides. Locations of theses features will vary in other browsers and printers, but changes in these settings will achieve similar results. Use your browser's Help menu for assistance.
